NOVA Heritage
Northern Virginia, 2020
The name is a return to where it began. In 2020 the team delivered its first two campuses — 36MW and 24MW at Stonewall Business Park in Loudoun County, Northern Virginia, the ground on which the modern data center industry was built.
Korean pipeline (separate from delivered capacity)
~4GW pipeline: Wonju 250MW (scalable to 500MW), plus ~3.5GW converting retiring thermal power sites (Tongyeong 1GW · Yeongheung 1.5GW · Samcheok 1GW) into renewables-based BTM generation and data centers. Under discussion with leading global data center operators and two KEPCO GENCO subsidiaries.
